Nougat with “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P.” processed with honey and very little sugar by the exceptional mastery of Corrado Assenza. It gives moments of vibrant intensity by releasing on the palate now the round and harmonious sweetness of orange blossom honey, enriched and rounded off by the fillets of orange candy, now the pure, intense, deep and resinous, mineral notes of “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P.” a full-blown hymn to Sicily and its peasant people.
