LE PERACCIOLE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 2024

The extra virgin olive oil from organic farming “Le Peracciole” of Punta Campanella is obtained, with cold pressing, from a skilful dosage of the Nocellara del Belice, Frantoio, Minucciola and Rotondella varieties.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, scent of artichoke, broom, field vegetables, mint and rosemary. The taste has notes of unripe tomato and sweet almond. It is excellent on marinated fish, vegetables au gratin, soups, first courses with shellfish, baked fish and white meats.
